S'mores Pudding Dessert

S'mores Pudding Dessert

Enjoy 5 minutes of "me time" and treat yourself to this simple yet decadent S'mores Pudding Dessert!
Being an adult can sometimes be hard, don't you agree? All the responsibilities we have - a house, a car, a job, bills, and of course KIDS. Not only do we have to take care of ourselves, but we have to take care of our families too! With everything we have going on, we can't forget to take care of ourselves. Do something for yourself every day. Take a short walk, enjoy a bubble bath, sit in a quiet place and read a book for a few minutes. At least a couple of times a month do something really special like treat yourself to a pedicure or a massage, even go out to dinner with friends. You'll be a better friend, mother, daughter, or wife if you remember to take care of YOU.

On those really busy days when you may only have 5 minutes to yourself, make the most of it by stepping away into a quiet spot. Have a cup of coffee or mediate. Enjoy a little snack. I recently discovered these delicious Cafe Breaks pudding cups at Kroger and they've been my secret treat. I've actually been hiding them from my family!

Cafe Breaks are an indulgent upscale pudding cup offered in a variety of coffee flavors. They are so creamy, so decadent and delicious, and the best part is they're gluten free, contain 100 Calories or less per cup, and real milk is the first ingredient. Flavors include Mocha Latte, Caramel Latte, Chai Latte, and French Vanilla Latte. What's not to love?
Of course these little cups are delicious on their own, but I wanted to create a super indulgent treat that's perfect for your 5 minute time out.  This S'mores Pudding Dessert is a layer of Cafe Breaks Mocha Latte pudding, crushed graham crackers, plus a big toasted marshmallow on top. I like to enjoy my treat with a cup of coffee sitting on my deck in the sun, taking a break just to relax and clear my mind.

Cafe Breaks Mocha Latte Pudding cup
1 graham cracker
1 large marshmallow

Spoon the pudding into a small dessert cup or bowl. Crush the graham cracker on top of the pudding. Top with the marshmallow and toast it with a kitchen torch. If you don't have a torch, place the marshmallow on an oven safe plate and place it under the broiler for just one minute, until browned. Place the marshmallow on top of the dessert and enjoy immediately.
