Thick, creamy, and citrusy, this shake is the perfect treat on a hot summer day!
When my kids were little, I loved taking them to the mall to walk around and let off some steam. One of their favorite stores to go to was Gymboree. My mom and I went nuts over their clothes (I'm pretty sure we owned stock in that place!) and the back of the store had a little play area with toys and a TV playing their videos. I can still envision it like it was yesterday, my boys sitting in those little rocking chairs, singing and clapping along to the video, watching and listening intently. Seems just like it was yesterday.Sorry, I'm getting a little teared up here! Anyway, during our little outings we often went to Olga's to have lunch. My mom and I have always loved their Greek salads and pita sandwiches, and the boys loved their three cheese Olga's, curly fries, and the orange cream coolers. The cooler is like an orange shake, and my boys could suck them down in the blink of any eye! They literally drank every last drop.
I decided to recreate that delicious frozen orange cream dreamy drink. Since summer is right around the corner and my boys loved those shakes (who am I kidding, I did too!), I thought the timing was perfect.
What I created, to me, is almost an exact replica. My kids think it tastes pretty darn close, too. And the best part? It takes just three ingredients. That's it! A blender and three ingredients, and you're on your way to a cool and creamy orange treat, perfect for any hot summer day.

What exactly an incredible read! You raised insightful points that I hadn't before considered. What would you offer as an area to start for someone who is unfamiliar to this. Your opinions on that would be valued greatly in an additional post. Virginia Driving Laws.

When I started writing longer essays, I realised my paragraphs felt disjointed because I didn’t know how to begin each section. Learning Sentence Starters for Essays learning support showed me how to open explanations with purpose. I referred to a practical explanation at Sentence Starters for Essays that illustrated how introductory and linking phrases improve readability. ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed how the blog made the orange cream shake feel like a cool summer memory by sharing family stories and a simple three‑ingredient recipe that brings back fun times. I remember once watching a live stream of a big group chat while sipping a cold drink, and I even relied on audio video conferencing devices that day so I could talk with friends while showing off my homemade treats during the call. It made me think how simple tech can connect good food moments with far‑away friends and make them feel close even when miles apart, and that makes family time taste even sweeter.
