Each member of the group received a cooler full of delicious Wholly Guacamole products to try out. YUM! The goodies I received included 100% Avocado, Classic Guacamole, Spicy Guacamole, Home Style Guacamole, Classic Hot Salsa, Avocado Verde Salsa and Guacamole & Spicy Pico Salsa. My kids and I were in heaven! We still have a few of the salsas to open and try, but so far everything we've eaten has been fabulous! Wholly uses quality ingredients and the products taste so fresh and delicious.
The first thing I thought to make when I saw all of my goodies was a BLT with guacamole. I know it sounds simple, but I love BLT's and slathering them with guac just makes them even better. I chose to use the Spicy Guacamole on my sandwich to give it a nice kick.

One last thing, please don't judge my awful pictures below. My boys were starving and I was hurrying to get these sandwiches on the table, hence the quick pics. :)
Spicy Guacamole BLT's
Recipe written by The Chef Next Door
Makes 4 sandwiches
Ingredients:
8 slices thick bakery bread (I chose a Honey White, but Italian or Sourdough would be great too)
12 slices thick cut bacon, cooked and cut in half
4 large fresh tomato slices (if using small tomatoes then 8 small slices, 2 per sandwich)
4 large lettuce leaves
1/2 cup Wholly Spicy Guacamole
Now here's the easy part...there really isn't much instruction needed here. Start with two pieces of the bread...toast them until they are nice and brown. Slather a tablespoon of the Wholly Spicy Guacamole on each slice of bread. On one toast slice, layer the tomato, lettuce and six half slices of bacon. Top with the other slice of bread. Wasn't that simple?
Bon Appetit!
