Mini Lemon Doughnuts

It's no secret that I follow many, many food blogs. I try to read them all each night and check out their newest creations. Of course, I also like to try out these said creations. Especially when the creation is a doughnut. 

My friend Heather over at Whipperberry posted a recipe for Meyer Lemon Doughnuts a few weeks ago and I just couldn't resist. Over the weekend I made these bad boys and they were delicious!
