I know apple crisp is more of a Fall dessert, but a friend of mine mentioned that she had made it last week, and ever since then I haven't been able to stop thinking about it! It sounded so warm and comforting and yummy. I had a huge bowl of apples sitting on the table so it was perfect timing. While dinner was cooking I threw together this easy apple crisp (from Betty Crocker) and it was ready to go shortly after we finished. It was so good! I sat and nibbled bites right from the warm pan. :-)
