With the holiday season in full swing and many parties on the way, I've been in my kitchen a lot lately experimenting with new recipes. You can imagine my excitement when I was asked to participate in the Mezzetta Memories campaign and share my family traditions with you, as well as create a new recipe!

For the last several years my family has been gathering on Christmas Eve after mass for food, drinks, and games. Instead of preparing a heavy meal, we fill the table with our favorite appetizers! Wings, cocktail weenies, veggies and dip, cocktail shrimp and, of course, lots of different dips are on the menu.

My family loves seafood dips, and of course the traditional vegetable dips, but I wanted to do something a little different this year. Something with unique flavors and a little kick. So I bought a few of my favorite Mezzetta products and decided to make a layered Greek dip. I'm a huge fan of hummus and Greek yogurt, and the Mezzetta products I chose for this dip go perfectly!

This dip is very simple to make and can be put together in no time, making it the perfect appetizer for your holiday parties. Serve it with your favorite pita chips or even pita bread and I guarantee your family and friends will be asking for more!

Layered Greek Dip

Print this recipe

10 oz original hummus
3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
Paprika, a few dashes
1/2 cup drained, chopped Mezzetta Roasted Red Bell Peppers
1/4 cup drained, chopped Mezzetta Deli Sliced Mild Pepper Rings
1/4 cup drained, chopped Mezzetta Sliced Greek Kalamata Olives
4 oz crumbled feta cheese
Pita chips, for serving

Spread the hummus on a plate or platter. Add the Greek yogurt on top of the hummus and carefully spread it out. Add a few dashes of paprika over the layer of yogurt, then top with the remaining ingredients. Serve with pita chips alongside the dip.
