Ready or not, Easter is almost here! We still have just over a couple of weeks to go, but I've already begun to plan my menu. My family will be coming to our house for the holiday, so I'm working on to-do lists of table settings, decorations, and most importantly, food. A delicious ham with all fixin's, sides, rolls, and of course, dessert. I think I should have put that on the list first!

Every year my mom and I both make desserts for the holidays. You see, she loves to bake just as much as I do. {I'm sure I got my passion for baking from her!} Whether it's pie, cake, cupcakes or something else decadent, she and I both have a blast making our sweet treats.

This year my Easter dessert contribution is going to be this amazing Toasted Coconut Cream Pie with Caramel Drizzle. Having a Marie Callenders’s pie save times AND treats me and my family to a beautiful dessert that smells and tastes just like homemade.

To give my coconut cream pie a special touch, I topped it off with fresh coconut, toasted the top with my kitchen torch, and drizzled it with sweet, creamy caramel. It's absolutely amazing!
