This post is quite a bit different than what you're used to seeing. It's not about food at all!
I'm excited to announce that I am now part of Entertainment New Media Network. ENMN is a group of influential bloggers and social media experts that help promote film, music, television, independent projects, products and much more. That's where "Newlywed & Broke" comes in.
"Newlywed and Broke" is a web series that's like a modern day “I Love Lucy." The series will showcase the lives of a couple dealing with today’s trying times of job loss and financial hardships, but in hilarious ways! Each episode you’ll see a side-splitting, laughter-inducing new way that they struggle to make, and save, money.
The goal of the company’s Indiegogo campaign is to produce a TV quality web series that will first air on the "Newlywed and Broke" website. Once there is an established market for the show, the series will be pitched to networks like ABC, FOX, HBO etc.
I encourage you to check out the perks on the Indiegogo site and donate to the project if you can. No amount is too small!
A press release about "Newlywed and Broke" can be found here, along with a short campaign video. Take a look and let me know what you think!
