Dark Chocolate Sorbet

Dark Chocolate Sorbet

Wow your family and friends with this rich and delicious three-ingredient frozen treat!

This is quite simply the easiest frozen dessert I've ever made. Take three ingredients that you definitely have in your pantry right now, an ice cream maker and a few hours of time and VOILA! You end up with the most rich and decadent sorbet you've ever had.

I'm dead serious too, this is no joke. This sorbet is crazy good. It feels like you're eating creamy, frozen fudge. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!

Ingredients:
3 cups water
1 1/2 cups organic granulated sugar
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups organic dark cocoa powder
2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Add the water, sugar and salt to a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook the mixture until the sugar is fully dissolved.

Slowly whisk the cocoa powder into the sugar mixture and continue to whisk until smooth. Add the vanilla and stir to combine. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours

Pour the mixture into the frozen freezer bowl of your ice cream maker and turn the mixer on. Let it mix until thickened, about 25 minutes. The sorbet will have a soft serve,
creamy texture. Transfer the sorbet to an airtight container and place in the freezer for
about 2 hours to firm up.

Bon Appetit!
